Interior design
The interior design process starts with interior planning and concept development. This early stage is critical to the success of the project, as we believe firmly that a detailed and carefully developed GA is essential to the success of the project.

The next stage is to develop the interior style and concept, along with the selection of materials and furniture for the yacht. First however, we need to establish the owner's preferred style. This is achieved by discussing various interior details and design influences to quickly clarify an aesthetic direction. It is critical at this stage for us to interpret the client's requirements as accurately as possible.

From the initial sketches and material selections we then develop 3D computer generated renders of all major interior areas. This provides the client with 'photo real' images of their concept interior. Alternatively, a more traditional artist impression can be supplied if preferred.

Working closely with the client, 'colour boards' are prepared showing selected materials. These include items such as marbles, fabrics, loose furniture, special finishes, lamps, carpets, bathroom hardware etc. Written schedules containing quantities, costs and suppliers details are also prepared for each individual area.

We provide AutoCAD two dimensional drawings of all areas. These illustrate the interior elevations in detail and include lighting arrangements and built in furniture. Typical construction details and sections through architectural elements such as doors and moldings are also provided.
