We were approached by a Russian customer who purchased an open RIB Zodiac PRO 850 in Italy, with a request to add a wheelhouse to the existing hull to protect the crew from rough sea conditions during navigation in the Sea of Okhotsk in Chukotka.

The customer, knew that he will rebuilding the boat, ordered only the hull, without a console, seats and lockers.

We offered the customer to make the superstructure out of aluminum, even knowing that this would be a certain challenge for us, technologically connecting a fiberglass hull with an aluminum superstructure.

Luckily for us, the customer turned out to be quite easy to communicate with, and we were able to convince him in favor of aluminum and the work began.
